Our main objective is to use Serveetcons.com (the Portal) as a main tool for:

• finding and registering on our database trustworthy, and experienced service providers who will operate as our agents;
• customers that need services and reliable, experienced, and trusted service providers to find us and get services provided to them on our behalf by the agents in our books;
• matching such customers and service providers by assigning the needed services to our qualified, experienced service providers, who will work to meet our standards; and
• monitoring execution of the services to ensure customer satisfaction and value optimization for all parties.

We will manage the agents and the work they do on our behalf to ensure customer satisfaction. Also, we will implement a program of continuous development and assessment of the service providers to motivate self-improvement, growth in their competency, and excellence in service delivery in our communities.
