At Serveetcons, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction while also maintaining fairness and transparency in our operations to all stakeholders. Our refund policy is designed to address various scenarios that may arise during the service process. Please read the following conditions carefully to understand our refund policy.

a) If a customer decides to cancel a job request while the agent is still en route to the service location or before the start of the job at the service location, we understand that the agent has already incurred expenses, particularly on transportation, in addition to other operational expenses. In such a case, a refund can be initiated, but the customer must be aware that 5% of the total cost paid for the service will be deducted from their refund to compensate for the agent's transportation expenses and operational costs for the payment collector, bank charges, etc.

b) If a customer is unsatisfied with the service delivered by the agent and wishes to request a refund, this will be treated as part of the dispute resolution process. Serveetcons will handle the dispute, taking into account the circumstances and the severity of the dispute. This will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

c) The decision regarding the resolution of the dispute and the extent of the refund will be carefully assessed by serveetcons based on the situation and make a fair determination based on the information provided.
